Privacy Act Statement

Authority: 38 U.S.C. §4333 Employment and Reemployment Rights of Members of the Uniformed Services – Outreach; 10 U.S.C. §1566, Voting assistance: compliance assessments; assistance; and §582 of P.L. 110-181 National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008, as amended.

Purpose: To allow DPFSC staff, volunteers, and Field Committee Members, and members of the Armed Forces to procure ESGR/YRRP/FVAP branded promotional products, event loaner kits, business cards, print material, apparel, and award certificates in furtherance of its mission to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers.
